Hand-knotted rug with herringbone pattern

The carpet from our Mir collection is an oriental carpet with a so-called fish pattern. The rug is hand-knotted from hand-spun wool, which ensures its exceptional softness, durability and luxurious appearance. The height of the carpet's wool pile is approx. 1.5 cm, the warp is cotton, the carpet is suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. The carpet comes from a handmade manufactory in the vicinity of the Indian city of Aurai.
