The Damask collection carpet is a hand-knotted carpet in modern colors, made of New Zealand wool on a cotton warp. The carpet is finally washed in a tea bath, thanks to which it acquires a special patina. The name of the carpet is derived from the so-called damask pattern, which originated in distant China and was imported to Europe in the 14th century. The carpet has a pile height of up to 12 mm, so it is suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. The carpet was hand-knotted in a small manufactory near the Indian city of Bhadohi
