Genuine Persian hand-knotted carpet

The Bidjar carpet is a genuine Persian carpet with a diamond pattern. The carpet is hand-knotted from 100% wool with a very high weaving density, on a cotton warp. The wool of the carpet contains a high amount of natural fat, lanolin, which is why they are very durable. The pile height of the carpet is around 15 mm, it is also suitable for interiors with underfloor heating. The Bidjar carpet was hand-knotted in a manufactory located in northwestern Iran
